Bar Vali Review | Cocktails by Jablillo Beach

You’ve got the beaming sun giving you that sunkissed glow, the cool sea breeze blowing through your hair and the smell of Hawaiian Tropic in the air – Its official, that true holiday vibe is kicking in! But there is one thing that truly sets the holiday vibe, cocktails by the beach! With a lot of holiday destinations, cocktails tend to be watered down and syrupy in local bars and hotels. As a self proclaimed cocktail enthusiast, this can be a huge holiday anti-climax. But out of an array of hotels serving watered down drinks, I found one little gem called Bar Vali.

Bar Vali serves cocktails with sass, character and substance – that substance being intoxicating of course! Not a drinker? They also serve mouth watering coffees, smoothies and fresh juices. Oh, and plenty of food! Read on if you are a food, cocktail or smoothie lover as I guarantee that this place will get your drink and foodie senses tingling!

The Atmosphere

Located near Jablillo beach, this is not your typical or average beach bar. It is a gazebo style bar that is actually situated outside! So it is not part of an actual building. This is perfect for the hot weather as you can work on topping up that golden glow and enjoy the sea breeze whilst enjoying a few drinks and snacks. But if you prefer chilling out in the shade or burn easily under the sun, you can relax protected under gazebo style roof. Also, the bar itself has a very minimalistic, spacious and modern design. This place does not get crowded, is very laid back and perfect for both day time and evening drinks.

Bar Vali Menus & Prices

Nobody likes to break the bank when it comes to eating out on holiday. Especially if you are booked for all inclusive! There is a wide range of snacks such as burgers, hot dogs, salads and pastries. You can enjoy these for as little as a few euros. Also, cocktails are only €6! Overall, all available food and drinks here are extremely reasonable which is a bonus. The choice on this menu is is great for light lunches and “filling the gap” between meals.

Stunning Cocktails With Sass!

Due to the vast amount of choice, this is paradise for cocktail lovers. Each type cocktail comes with a different funky design and glass/cup. So if you are looking for photogenic cocktails to vamp up your social media feed, this place is perfect. Looks aside, the actual cocktails taste absolutely delicious and moreish! They are all made with fresh fruit, good quality alcohol and that extra pinch of magic dust to give it that finishing touch!

Food, Glorious Food!

There are different types of food available here such as English breakfast, salads, pasties, sandwiches and much more. Just simple and honest food. I mostly order sandwiches and fry ups from here and I am fussy about my English breakfast! The cooked food is always served piping hot and they cook English breakfast and snacks to perfection. If I am satisfied, I can guarantee that you will be too!

Final Verdict & Deets!

Overall Score: 9.5/10

This little gem has no faults whatsoever. I did not give this place a full 10 as the prices have gone up slightly, but every business has to bring home the bread right? Despite that, I would very highly recommend this place. In conclusion, if you like good quality cocktails, value for money and a trendy bar located by beach, this place is ideal for you! So get out of your hotel, ditch your hotel pool bar’s generic, syrupy and watery drinks and pop down to Bar Vali!
